yep, just dont put a skin on your pistol when you have one for your primary or else it will lag when you switch between the modded weapons.

2. You can use it everywhere
3. VAC Ban wont come (you just change temporarly the skin nothing valve cares about since you dont destroy the experince of other gamers)
