Dogs or Cats?

This had to happen eventually, i mean there are 2 main house pets, dogs and cats.
I personally prefer dogs since they guard you and are fun to play with, cats are also fun to play with but they hurt you allot.

Which do you prefer? dogs or cats??

I'm more of a cat person but that's just because I'm kind of scared of dogs. I had a lot of bad experiences with rabid dogs growing up. Might be a mild ptsd reaction. It's because I was raised in Egypt where rabid dogs and cats aren't that uncommon in the street. I also just find cats cuter. However, I'd take a husky over any pet any day of the week. Huskies are fucking awesome.

I used to have a cat that died of old age, We got the dog, I will like dogs more since there a bit more loving of you then cats.

I like my whale cat, dogs are cool if you're an active person but I don't do much so cats > dogs

I like cats. They are just much less, in your way type of thing you know?

You don't really have to pay too much attention to a cat then you do to a dog (walks, etc)

Dogs, they're like your friends. Cats, nice to look at, takes your money (food etc) than goes outside, comes back whenever it wants food.

I prefer dogs.

A dog can "cost" you even more money since although cats have to be also fed, cats often hunt their own food unlike dogs. A cat is also much more clean than a dog since cats defecate (etc...) in a sandbox or on land -> they dig a hole and once they're finished, they close the it when dogs most of times just defecate (etc...) wherever they are and don't even bother to low down the smell.
