He didn't. He either used version 10 or some other hack, I don't think anybody had a VALID VAC ban using v11 yet. They most likely used a different hack which is detected along the way or used a version older than 11. If he never used any other hack, he most likely got Overwatch after hacking like a retard and then it got turned into a VAC ban after reviewed.

the first account is a VAC ban, the second I fail outlook.

1) its not approved yet so no-one would know
2) its 2 hours old, of course it's not detected
3) if the hack becomes detected, the thread will be updated

guys, the steam sale is tomorrow and there is probably gonna be a VAC wave so just be very carefull

Tonight/tomorrow, VAC will ban a huge amount of players, again and some hacks will get detected. So, be careful.

It means that there will be a massive VAC ban on steam, as the summer sale is coming up soon and alot of hackers will be banned.
