That is not a VAC ban but a ban by Overwatch doesnt mean detected it means you were to blatant and got caught

some people are smarter then others about using hacks and protecting the hackfiles when using them making them harder to detect. example- people dont use VMProtect or hashchanger like though should and some dont even rename the hack file which makes it easy to detect.

-edit-the more careful you are about it the less of a chance it is to get banned.
