Yo guys, I was wondering what triggerbot delay you guys find the most realistic? Obviously the normal triggerbot is sketchy for VAC, so I just wanted to know what I should set the delay at to make it seem realistic

In the changes it says:
- Bomb timer now turns green if it will be defused.
Does that mean it is green if you can defuse it, or it turns green when you try to defuse it? Also is it red if you can't defuse it?

What you are looking at are client/game update, nothing to do with VAC. The update you're aiming towards makes cheats outdated, not detected.
