Hi! Noob question here. But is the any hacks or anything to get level faster?

download the equality menu, from this forum (dont allow to post links, sorry dude)
once installed, F4>Recovery>Edit level>
dont be obvious, dont put yourself +666 level, you will be kick of every server if you do something, you only need +120 level and $$$ to do and have everything in game so
remember to gain at least 1 Rp in a legal way to save the level, otherwise you will be your actual level the next session you join
hack the level, evade 1-star cops 1 time and it should be saved

it works as long as you get the newest version, not the patched 1.27
Equality/****** menu its not patched, i'm using it with 1.27, and it works
if you can't use it, maybe you have an outdated ScriptHookV.dll or you still have the dsound.dll
delete the dsound and find the new ScriptHookV for 1.27
another option its the force menu, it has every level to choose, from level 1 to 9999
