An idea is little to credit; for example, a long time ago I posted about a DayZ-survival style game, and created the first zombies mode in pservers, yet I don't care if others implement my ideas without giving credit. Also an admin panel is quite generic. Look at any other MMO, and admins have an in-game panel.
