Korean SA Hacks

Hi everyone..
I'm looking for a good coder who can make a hack for Korean SA.
All I need is chams, glasswall, no fog and full bright in the menus.
For most of the coders this won't be much of a problem.
But the problem will be getting through the Korean GameGuard.
This will be a paid job (meaning you will get $$$ for it).
