HelpK relay auto ability

the current auto ability plugin doesn't work very well, it doens't trigger when it should, and it does when it shouldn't, can anyone make a better one?

I'll fix it when I get time
Didn't know it sucked, since you're the first ive seen complain.
I tried it myself just now and it was problematic
