To find out for yourself, just type admin in userlist search. And go in a room with admin in it xD.

GM warning is on our VIP.

Im sure they wouldnt have it in the hack if it didnt work. Ive never used GM warning and if you are OPK then it really doesnt help because you cant turn the hack off that fast. + there going to look at your kill to death ratio.
