HelpCheats won't work

Well i have downloaded two cheats from here and the menu will never work when i press the open key, could i be missing some software or something. I have all microsoft visual and directx installed. win8.1 64bit

Edit: i also have ms framework 4.5 and 3.5

You may want to get the latest scripthook and place it to wherever your gta file location is. Also tell me which cheats/ menus you have installed.
