Needing help with learning the basics

Hello i am new to the forums and to the coding in c++ or Csharp

I tried the .dll file that was released. the public hack. But my version is a.15 so it didnt work. it crached.I was wonderıng if there ıs anyone that can teach me and walk me along the road as i learn the basics.
