used equality for 1 day, ONLY spewed money on people and did it from menu, not in front of anyone. So unless someone reported me at random, my ban wasn't based on a report.

Hypocrites will beg for money, take it, and then report you, saying the modder did it against their will. If someone spots you running a mod, and a ban follows, a report is at least possible.
i think people that are not getting banned who should is because they at some time bought legit shark cards, please correct me if im wrong.

People seriously need to stop showing off hacks in-game..I mean yeah its cool and all but there's hardly anyone who'll be happy seeing those hacks (unless they have it themselves)..either they ask for the hacks annoying us like hell or they threaten to report and as mentioned above, they take money and report the hacker as well. Blasted kids!
i literally had that happen to me too lol i killed a guy with no active mods on at all, but i did have the menu available to use at the time. and he was like hacker something. and i was pretty pissed b/c i was legit. then i just framed him....and he left 
Should just of used my service for infinite money , nobody got banned ....

What the hell have you guys been doing to get banned? I've been modding since day one of the game and I'm still perfectly fine.
