Uninstalling mods.

Is there any way I can uninstall the mods that i previously installed? Since I heard lots of people were being banned during 1.27 and I would like to take some caution on mods.

Remove scripthook, dinput, dsound, and all .asi files

I want to test something here, and I hope it wont get me killed.
