Does .exe hack can get caught by r* memory check?
Recently, I got one .exe type ESP and Im curious about if can get caught when I run this. Is it safe to use?

besides keep in mind that we are in a ban wave period, if you mod at this point the risk of ban its higher
and yes, they can track external programs when you are running gtaV, they did it with Cheat Engine, with external trainers (like mrantifun stuff) and if I understand what you have, is an aimbot of some sort, or some program like that, the risk of you getting caught its very high, and that type of program can be a permanent ban
so use it with caution, if you want to use it
