Can anyone tell me how to make a thing like this in your program:
In a program, I always observe that when I points the "mouse pointer" in a button, there is a description.

that would be a balloon tip!
add a balloon tip to your program and then you go the item on your form that you want the balloon tip to show over when mouse is near it. Go to the properties of that item and there should be something like balloon tip1 title and balloon type1 text. fill it in with what you want it to say! hope ive made this clear enough
