Uninstalling

Hey there, How do you uninstall a OUTDATED or DETECTED Hack from your computer so VAC does not detect it on my computer, I have some OLD ones that I want to get rid of, If you can tell me a basic step-by-step process I would be very happy, thanks for reading and helping!
