Are you going to argue with people who possess more knowledge than you? VAC never has a cooldown, lol. VAC is also a yellow message in your ingame menu, if you have a red one then it means you have been Overwatched. IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

Should I still use this hack? It has been a while and no word form clockworks himself. I thing i iwll wait for 11_h or 12 if he adds the new feature.

Would not use it without Enigma, would not use it on a main account since it's been out so long. V12 coming later today (probably a few hours).
