need info for amazon CC/VCC

Hey guys, i have a question concerning orders with amazon. More specified, i would like to use the refunding services here.
As I dont have a credit card I can only go for amazon giftcards, but they are easy to refund, and at the end i dont get cash back.

Is their any other option, I mean where I can get CC or VCC for multiple uses with deposit and withdrawing options?

Maybe try Vanilla Visas? Some of the people claim they're working on Amazon.

I haven't used AGC as of yet but will plan to next week - can someone enlighten me - you do not require VCC for AGC usage in .co.uk correct?

I've only dealt with customers using amazon.com customers who use AGC and know that AGC there requires at least a VCC. For .co.uk, i'm getting mixed stories on whether there is requirement for VCC or none at all... TBH i don't really need to know this stuff as long as I can get the refund and most customers give me their billing address anyway - so I'm just wondering for my own personal use.
