if my login name is example "lol123" and then i make account on that "I kill u", and then make another one "Bobkill" and hack on it. does "i kill u" get banned too?
niah you won't get a ban. actually they are not banning people ... only the 1/20 of the hackers
No you won't get banned on both,unless you got IP ban but I think they don't IP Ban.
Same here i don't think that they Ban IP but even if they do (1/100) you can change your IP easily 
my IP auto change :P
