i pmd the guy and he said that he had access to an admin bubble but that seems like total bullshit

anybody know how

i notice that he does have an ! far to the left of the bubble at the bottom

Old as fuck chat bubble formatting bug, didn't see this thing since like 2012.
There was a guide on the old WS forums, but I actually don't recall how to do this

I'm not sure how to do it, but I just found an old screenshot of someone saying the train one and I copied each letter and it still works.
