He is correct I got ow on 2 accounts and only played one game on each of them. With a full team of my friends.

If you get reported Any less then 11 times in 24hrs you can STILL get overwatched especially if you get reports every day.
Lets say you get 5 reports everyday cause you play with a 5man squad and the enemys always report you, YOU WILL GET OVERWATCHED.
It has happened to me plenty of times and my friends.

BE CAREFUL, People saying the 24hr overpass bypass works arn't true.
