Please help

helloo i just brought steam account with gta 5 with and to start the game
do i need to make a new social club account or do i need the social club account from previous user
or i don;t need one at all

i been searching every where to find an answer all i got was

"Press shift+tab to close the steam message that pops up. There is an "OK" button underneath it. Click that and you should be good to go."

Are you trying to character sync from your console to your pc? I really don't get what your are asking for.
