[Solved] How possible is this?

How possible is this?

How possible is to retrieve a NA account.. when my friend gave it to me about 1 year ago and the password was changed like.. a month ago? Dunno when but yeah. He didn't tell me anything about SA, creation date or birth's date etc. Does it deserve to make a ticket and send them about this?

(ofc I won't tell 'em that the account was given by a friend, they might block it 4ever 'cause tradings are prohibited!)

You can try, just give them all you have (or guess) about the actual/previous info., and maybe keep sending tickets about the same, trying to defend your position, untill they do what you want (as I did). About the story, just tell them you forgot the password (recently changed) and you don't remember well the info., since it was created years ago...

Alright, I'll try.. already send one and "your credentials weren't matching" etc., etc. Going for the 2nd now and so on. :/ It's going to take while...

It took me 8 or more tickets, with the same response, to make them retrieve my account. It took like an entire month... and when they finally had decided to help me, the person who stealed it used cheats and it got permanent banned.

Loool...! Anyways, are they gonna send the account via ticket system (by replying on the ticket) or on my new account which I only use for tickets (account's email)?

If you 'convince' them, then they're going to request you to provide a new unused e-mail, to transfer your account on it. After that is up to them, but I guess they are going to request you a new password, and/or maybe reply or send you an e-mail with the account's info.
