Also, what is the best setting on the ESP to see people the furthest away? Because sometimes the ESP doesnt kick in until it is too late

Valve updated CS:GO a while ago to prevent cheats such as the GlowESP. They made it so that if enemies are far enough away and not in your line of sight, the player positions will not be sent to the client from the server! Players that are nearby and not moving at all, not in your line of sight, and not that close will often disappear as well. This is normal, its built in anti cheat essentially.

Black the versions that are currently available are all out of date - as per the several replies that say that they're out of date. Clockwork is waiting for the mods to approve his new version, and then you will be able to use them haxors.
