NA ping changed?

NA ping changed?
So in season 2 i have a 80 ping but then starting season 3 my ping went to around 95-100 until today, all of sudden i went to a rank game and my ping is 75.
Anyone have this problem that their ping got lower?

Started at 120 back in early s4 and im at 80 atm live in east canada
