connection problems, retrying in ** seconds

i receive this message when i try to download the game, any solution?

That usually happens when your internet connection is slow or when corrupt leftovers of previous download files remained in your computer. Run a scan on your computer with CCleaner, try to re-download the game and post back results.

alright i will give it a try, and yes i left the game for 1 year so yes maybe there are still files that prevents me O.O (my internet isn't slow)

Ok erase every file you can find related to AVA. go to C:\ or your local disk and delete "AeriaGames" folder. And just in case, start a scan with ccleaner and also do a registry scan. Then redownload. It should work fine now.

i already did the ccleaner scan as @Hunter told me, but didnt do the registry one,

anyway ur (both) main idea was true, wat i did is that i searched for these words "Aeria", "ava" and "alliance" and deleted the folders and files i found and then tried to download and succeeded
