Minion Question

Minion Question
So like presidents after 4 years or w/e they have to quit or run for election again, Ik that isnt relevant, just using it as example... but does that also happen with minions? Like after 2 years they are let off, and apps go out for that spot, and if they want they can re-apply? Or do minions stay minion until resignation or demotion?

Minions can resign whenever they want. They can come back if they want but they have to re-apply and compete with the other people who also want the position.

They can stay for as long as they want, assuming they continue to do well and they don't screw up in some way.
