15 percent is a pretty low rate for Steelseries SE, most people charge more because they say it's a harder company.

i doubt his english is actually very good, but i think he meant that can you pay $5 and a vouch.

His English is actually fair enough for "I" and "you" in the next post and in the thread, one couldn't make a flaw in typing "I" and "you"

If so, how could this guy do SE'ing without a proper English ? makes sense? Country is Singapore, and its France here.
