Hey there.

I got a VAC ban so I decided to get a second account...
I tried to install the game again and it doesn´t work. The only file in the csgo files is the "installscript(dot)vdf"...
I tried many solutions like a patch data and making a new "steamapps" file...
Nothing worked and the support is talking random shit that doesn´t help.

Is the account family shared with the VAC banned account?
