Also to get around the hassle of getting a new CC you can just use a new prepaid visa each time, you don't have to apply just go out and buy one with cash.

Not all of them. And you can also just use AGC, but you have to get a new one each time or every other time because they track what each gift card buys

I heard with AGC they block them to sometimes with the billing address verification email but that is probably when you get linked to old accounts
