Ban

Ok i used trainers for money and rp, and now i think im banned, cause when i log into social club it says i violated the terms exc... But I heard the first ban is 2 weeks, but I can't even log into social club and it says nothing apart for "your account has been restricted due to violation of the terms...". Do i have to wait 2 weeks or what can i do? Any ideas? Am i permabanned? (I've never been banned before). Thank you for your help
