Julius, 1st of this isn't detected 2nd Hashchanger makes it more chance that you will get a vac ban because it ads a signature to your file to make it more detected. 3rd, Screen shots

No, when I try to unzip the file and move the .exe to a folder on my desktop, it doesn't let me move it.

Try right clicking it and running it as Administrator. If you're on your test because you are afraid of virus' you don't have to worry about that. They're just false-positive scans.

What does it say?

No, like, when I download the actual ZIP file, I can't run it directly from the unzipped ZIP file, so I have to move the .exe to another folder, but I can't, even though I'm admin and I click "Allow Permission".

If you have 2 screens it always move to the first monitor. If this doesnt help, try to unpack in the download folder. and move it from there to the desktop.

1. Locate the file or folder in which you want to take ownership in Windows Explorer.
2. Right click on file or folder and select Properties from the Menu
3. Click on the Security tab, then click the Edit button. Click OK to confirm UAC elevation request if needed.
4. Select user/group from permission windows or click add to add other user or group (you may need to do this for multiple users - ex: administrator and your own user account).
5. Now under the Permission section check the rights which you want for the user i.e check "Full Control" under the "Allow" column to assign full access rights control permissions to the user.
6. Click OK for changes to take effect, and click OK again to exit from the Properties window.
