Does anyone know for sure how many reports (and the period of time) you need to get on overwatchers' reviews?

you cannot ever get 7 reports in one game if you enter full premade, but you can still get OWd (that's what I think, never been banned)

no, it's 6 reports for 24 hours.

Not true. I got OW'd after 48 hours of waiting.

You need to open the hack every time you open CS:GO. Once you close CS:GO, the hack is unloaded. No need to reinstall
