If you've played a competitive game on the account previously then yes
Nope. I'm raging with 70+ kills and < 5 deaths. Just keep in mind that your next competitive game will be sent to OW so you should play legit competitive and do whatever you want in Casual, DM, ArmsRace, etc.

Use VMProtect. Works well.
Yes. You still will be banned as it is a VAC Secure Server. I recommend that if you are hacking, do it on a smurf account so you don't lose your main if you happen to be banned.
