Overwatch detects you cheating in MM. Your cheat can be undetected, it can be paid or free. The humans watch your demo and decide to ban you or not.

I've been using it for almost a week now and thus far I haven't been obvious, and haven't been banned. I've been called out once, and that was by a team mate who didn't want to report me because I was carrying ez pz.

If you run it in a VS then it'll be good. A VS being a Virtual System, like Enigma.

It has a lot of Trojan alerts from multiple programs but thus far I haven't had any complications on my computer running it, it's likely because it "interferes" with other programs, the other program being CS:GO.
