WPE Pro Download

I've been trying to download WPE Pro, though I have found all links do not work (including wpepro dot net). Does anyone have a link that they can confirm is safe and works? Thanks!

I had it at one point but I deleted it because I had no use for it. Also its going to come up as unsafe as it is a hacking tool sniffing packets.

PS: We aren't allowed to post links which have downloadable content.
