- The update contains stability improvements for servers and clients.

Rumor has it:

- This update is labelled OPTIONAL (for server owners)

I know its wrong topic
TF2 recently added a skin system similar to CS:GO with things like FN-BS weapons and stat-trak type stuff. So yeh... both of them updates

So basically, I think cheats have a slim chance of getting detected so dont do much until more info...
