How To Make A Installer
First off, I want to teach you this because I have seen people giving vague directions on how to use a modded .REZ file. Also, I see a lot of nubs who don't read the directions and then post "How do I use this". Also, this saves up your time when actually having to go into your folders and get all of that stuff done. It will also prevent people from messing up their folders and files, hence making CA run improperly.

First off, download the attached file
Next, make directory for your modded .REZ file. Mine for example is
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Custom Skins\UMP
for my UMP skins, and then the .REZ file is place in a sub-directory for every different version. At the end it should look like mine
Now that you have that done, open the program, do not close the wizzard, Click next. Copy the directory that cantains your .REZ file and paste it in the bar and click Next. Choose the language, and then type in the name of your skin and Click next. Click next again. The next two parts are just o customize your installer, so you can skip that if wanted. Now type in any information you want your installees to know and click next. Type in "Do not leech please" in the liscence and agreement and click next. Your destination (The folder the files will be placed in) MUST be C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\Game\
Click Next two times. Uncheck "Uninstall Program" and click next twice. Then finsih. Then save it to where ever you want it and upload. Hope you use this method, for in my opinion, its much faster, easier, and safer for other people.
