yea.. i figure the voter is the OP.. that's why i was wanting to know if it actually worked, i just can't find out for myself atm

no dude he is right, crossfire cannot be played in a window.

you can talk to people in the lobby and shit in windowed mode, but it is impossible to actually play the game in a window

basically what the guy is saying is that if you right click on the desktop icon for crossfire, at the end of the target right after the quotation marks at the end.. you should add -w / -win / +set fullscreen 0, so the end would look like either "-w, "-win, "+set fullscreen 0, he says it depends on the game, but that could be a solution to it.. out of the 1 vote the answer got, it was a good one so it stands at 100%
