I believe it's 20-25 posts to get Member Level 1.
Besides, if you are posting a hack/pirated version of payday 2, it should be uploaded.
Can't have outside links anyways.
Reason why there is a requirement to post links is to prevent spam.

If you're posting a release and need to include screenshots or virus scans, just put spaces between the link and it should be fine
