Just to clear things up...
No one really told me what caused my VAC on the other thread since all I used was Bluehack on my account and was VAC'd and I hash changed it and people were saying that makes it more detected... So can anyone really tell me what happened and not turn it into a flame war? Thanks.

Hm, i cant tell you exactly how you got "VAC" ban. is it "VAC-banned" on steam profile or is it "in-game ban"?

Hashchanger does not help you whatsoever neither does it change anything with the file. And public hacks will always end up getting detected so it might just be detected. + It can be a overwatch ban and not a "Valve Anti-Cheat" ban.
