I can't extract the .exe from the zip file because I need admin access but I'm admin. My BitDefender also found a trojan on the download ( I dl'ed anyway, maybe f/p)

Well, how do you know this is undetected? VAC bans are delayed, you may already be banned.
Also, using the latest version on clockworks own forum is much safer because:
1. Newest versions are always safer
2. Less people use it before it gets released on MPGH
