hi! i've used hacks on an account but it is not vac banned, is it possible to still get banned even though im no longer using hacks?

Depends how long ago you've used the hacks. If it was like a month ago or so you might be okay.
As @Infahh said before, you can depending on how long ago you used them and if the hacks you used were outdated or not.
Depends how long the hacks haven't been used for, I'm pretty sure it's a range of around 1-2 weeks. Leave it for a little and then continue to play if your not banned. Good luck!
