Quickscoping

Greetings!
I've realised that quickscoping with sniper rifles is not working. On what patch did they remove the quickscoping? And for what reason?

you can still Quick scope?

I can't.. I press zoom and fire right after each other and it doesn't work.. :/

thats why you have a special scope called "Quick Scope"
