Sure, if someone is using Force Suicide on you, enable invincibility on whatever mod you're using and it won't affect you. There really isn't a way that I know of do dodge the framing.

With ****** Menu v5 you can know who is reporting you if that is the case and you can kick a player from the lobby too
with Endeavour 2.1 you can know who is using mods on you or spectating you
and with GTAForce 2.7.4 you have the anti-crash option, that removes every clone that someone set on you and removes the objects that someone else attach to you, but GTAForce 2.7.4 its full of malware so, wait until someone else make that option in another mod menu
