OK when you scroll down in a reply it says something like this:

You're gonna want to click on what i circled...

Also in the TEXT BOX where you type your replies, there is paper clip with a down arrow. That can attach files too.

If you can't get it from that, gg.

There is no post limit on attachments that I know of.
