Commend Service

Hello!

Since lately I've realised alot of people have been into commends, so I'd like to start a commend service.

What is a commend? It's like an report but the opposite way - you give the person credits for being either:
- Is Friendly
- Is A Good Teacher
- Is A Good Leader

Example:

I'll be able to do 6 commends (atm) a day (1 per person on all the three options.)

How will this work?
- I will add you / you add me on skype and I will hook you up with my steam profile and you will add me.
- I will make a lobby and than I'll invite you to the lobby and I will start a private match and we will give eachother commends.

ToS
- I will never go first.
- Before all the commends you will have to do a PM confirmation you're the on you say you are on skype.
- I will report any type of "scams".
