Hi! i was using Hola VPN for google chrome, and the ip for it has been banned by a admin. 
How come? can't i use it?

That would be a no. It was probably being used by scammers or ban evaders. As such it is best not to be associated with those IPs as it can lead to your account being banned by a moderator as well under the assumption it is the same person.

ah, i didnt know i could ask for a new ip with the vpn, i did that now. and its all good again
