Amazon is being dix

So I got 320$ on my Gift Card, I moved to LA Recently and tried to use the account, Gift card.
After I ordered a K95 they closed my account cuz some "unauthorized party" logged into it which is me just moving place :|
I called them and they unlocked the account and then i found out the GiftCard is withheld
I called them about a week ago <-Musictone And they told me they will release it in 2 days... Received nothing till now, I tried to chat with them some mins ago and they told me it's still under investigation O.o dunno why tf is that

They'll probably end up giving it back to you, they care way too much about their "customer satisfaction"

Just wait they will give it back to you. If they don't contact me and I will refund you a $50.00 amazon gift card (you pay of course but you will get your money back)

Email Cis@amazon.com tell thjem you have funds in the account and i would like my money back! They should be able to mail you check.
